1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened skincare or cosmetic products

  • Opened or used teas and herbal blends

  • Personal care items for hygiene reasons

  • Custom-made or personalized items

3. Return Process

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
